Riding: An Integrated Experience

We at Windhorses know that riding begins the moment you meet the horse. Whether you are new to the sport or have many years in the saddle, a strong understanding of the horse and its psychology, of mounted and unmounted work, and of a balanced seat makes for a more confident rider and greater harmony between horse and rider.

' And here I say to parents, do not give your son ( or daughter) money. As far as you can afford it, give him (her) horses. No one ever came to grief, except honorable grief, through riding horses. No hour of life is lost that is spent in the saddle.' ~Winston Churchill
